This adorable hotel is exceptionally well-appointed, offering hotel-level amenities including an elevator and convenient stair access. It features a great balcony with stunning views of the castle and Sigismund’s Column, and is located right next to the Hard Rock Cafe store. Just a small one but it’s nice buy souvenirs only. If you want to experience living in Poland, this is the place to stay. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and the surrounding area is perfect for scenic strolls along the historic fortification walls. You’ll also find charming small cafes offering a wide variety of food, making it an ideal location for both convenience and enjoyment. Your next to the trams center so you may need some earplugs at night. But you can catch the bus or a tram right around the corner. Overall great experience.

Excellent location in a heart of Warsaw in a very historic old building with courteous staff. Fantastic view overlooking the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. It felt as if we were staying at a museum. Strongly recommend especially for history enthusiasts.

Charming stay in the old town

Excellent location at the heart of the old town overlooking the plaza. It's a historic building so it has a lot of character. The elevator is the slowest I've ever used; it tests your patience but that's part of the experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel overlooks the main square and is walking distance from the old city core. The building houses a small historic public library and a small concert room with weekly Chopin concerts. There is a restaurant right below.

Warsaw Old Town

Room was cery clean. Front desk people were friendly. We used them for directions and taxi a couple of times and they were very accommodating. From hotel to train station is between 30-40 pln- just fyi. Bolt is between 18-24. Cars are nit allowed in old town so you need to find a spot they can get to you. Yes the elevator is slow and first day we earned some points but then we got better. Ride the elevator and you will know what i mean!

A unique property overlooking the old town square. Very convenient. One VERY SLOW lift to get your luggage to your floor. But hey, it worked. They no longer offer breakfast, but there are plenty if options close to the hotel. Finding the entrance on the say of my arrival was my biggest challenge! I stayed 3 nights and probably wouldn't stay longer than that. The square cn get very noisy at night, especially with motorbikes, so maybe take ear plugs.
