The room we reserved wasn't available upon arrival. After waiting for 60+ minutes after the regular check-in time opened, we received a different room and it's not entirely clear it was the same standard. The condition of the room wasn't perfect: one of the wood tiles on the floor covering the heating vents was broken in half and left there as is. The bathtub had a leaky faucet and a non-functional plug. After letting the staff know about it, they promised a discount on the stay that we didn't receive while checking out. During our stay one of the glass ceiling windows in the common area shattered and the staff simply taped the area so people wouldn't get under it and left it like that. Could have been the perfect stay, but it looks like the management is not keeping up with maintenance.

The room decor was fun and interesting. We were upgraded from a room to a suite, which was quite luxurious! The hotel is in a pleasant neighborhood, close to museums and good restaurants. The staff was lovely - friendly and helpful!

H15 is quite unique hotel. Beautifully designed, very walkable area, lots of dining options. We stayed there twice, both times very satsfied, with room, staff and general service. It is now my favorite hotel in Warsaw.

I had to wait a very long time to checkin as only one lady at checkin and there was no apology. The hotel looks run down and in addition the bar had an extension cable running to next area which anyone could have tripped over.
