The Space:

The elegant flat is decorated in a modern, artistic style sure to appeal to art lovers. With an area of 34 m² and able to accommodate 4 people, it will be an excellent place for a family stay in Warsaw. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. It comes equipped with a modern SmartTV, WIFI internet access and air conditioning, which is sure to make your stay more comfortable. The living room has a double sofa bed, a TV and a coffee table. The bedroom has a double bed, a desk with a chair and bed linen for our guests. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and amenities such as an oven, fridge with freezer and microwave. The cosy bathroom with shower has a washing machine, which will be a great asset during longer stays. The balcony offers a comfortable place to spend time outdoors and a nice start to the day with a cup of your favourite coffee. The flat is also happy to accommodate your pets.

The Neighborhood:

The comfortable flat is located at 29/31 Hoża Street in the very centre of Warsaw. This location provides proximity to all major cultural, business and entertainment points of the capital. No matter what the reason for your visit to Warsaw is - you will be close to everywhere! Hoża Street is a combination of original pre-war buildings with many interesting restaurants and cafes. The eateries cater to all tastes - from traditional to vegan cuisine - and are ideal for social and business meetings. Daily needs can easily be taken care of right on the doorstep, as there is a grocery shop in the building. Warsaw's iconic attractions can be reached within a 10-minute walk: The Palace of Culture and Science and the Złote Tarasy shopping centre. And if the hustle and bustle of the city centre becomes overwhelming, relaxing in the nearby Ujazdowski Park is the perfect solution. Communication with other parts of Warsaw is also not a problem thanks to the proximity of public transport points, such as bus stops and the "Centrum" metro station just 650 metres from the building. It takes approximately 25 minutes to get there by car from Chopin Airport.
