Covered deck with patio furniture and charcoal BBQ grill. Large yard and concrete slab for outdoor games, fire and so much more. Window AC, heat, WIFI, Amazon and Netflix TV. Home is located close to 2 neighborhood bar and grills. Boat launch close for a small fee, park with playground and beach with working restrooms.

Just a short drive to downtown Warsaw with all the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Also Turman lake is just down the road for the best crappie fishing ever.
