Staff is very unfriendly. More talking to each other than to the waiting guests. Hotel itself is good, lot of public transport options in the neighbourhood. Approx 20 minutes from old town by tram.

Great hotel with forward thinking design. The staff needs to be completely replaced as they are mainly you gstwrs with no customer service experience. Either they have been poorly trained or there is a shortage of staff in the area. I really liked the hotel for its design on pair with PURO hotels. However no kettle in the room or tea options in the room forces you to go downstairs. There for 50zl you can get two teas. This is a joke even for more premium brands which ROXY (Marriot in disguise) pretends to be. Also internet was too slow for the era we live in. The gym needs dumbbells.

This stay was an overnight stop-over on journey. I was a little bit confused on entry by the reception and bar being built into one unit, but one I realised the arrangement it was OK. Friendly receptionists. Good covered underground parking available.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in Warsaw! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major sights, restaurants, and shops on foot or via nearby public transport. Location and accessibility to the train station was convenient. Beautiful cozy layout, clean lockers for luggage storage, games, benefits of new construction, safe, books and seating. As for dislikes, the Moxy cocktail was terrible…taste like tea water, no iron in the room, and the mattress was a bit hard. But overall nice stay, just have to be prepared for the negatives mentioned.
