Close to beautiful Warsaw and Truman Dam. Access to the boat ramp is a few minutes away. Relax in the back yard around the fire pit. Gas grill is provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate from the Coffee Bar. Wifi is provided. There are games, puzzles and books for the kiddos. We also supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Best house on the block. Had everything we needed to cook all the sides for Thanksgiving dinner at our future in-laws house. The rest of the neighborhood could be improved but not much the owner can do about that.
