This was the first time that I stayed in a VRBO that was not previously owner occupied. What that means is the unit was strictly an investment and I could see the difference. Small details were overlooked. This property was adequate for our needs. It is the second floor and as the ad states, it is small. I am a tiny person and it worked great in size for me and my 12 year old but I could not see two full size adults in the unit. The entrance way hallway was dirty and curb appeal was lacking although I see plants where planted while I was there. The positives: comfy double bed, nice towels and awesome water pressure. The property is across the street from a great sandwich place and two blocks from Union Station, the Metro and the Hop off & On Trolley. The trolley would have been better than the On & Off bus but both could work. The owners are receptive to thoughts and comments and answer quickly. I suggest the owners spend a few days at the location and IAm sure they will do a few upgrades.This unit had potential … it is priced fair but I probably would not recommend to a friend

Host was so helpful and patient with me ( I am a newbie at VRBO ). The apartment is so nice, the neighborhood is wonderful with so many cool shops and restaurants, and a local dog day care 2 blocks away that I used since I had an all day event.
