Summary:
The perfect anchor to your adventures in the District! Our gorgeous and bright apartment is just steps from historic Dupont Circle. Only 1 mile from the White House (20 mins on foot or 6 mins by car) and all the major sights, making our amazingly situated, spotlessly clean apartment the ideal home base!

The Space:
Grab coffee, groceries, dinner or cocktails, right outside the door, take the red line metro around the city, just a couple minutes on foot from the apartment.

Located on the 3rd floor of a historic apartment building, the light filled space is sprawling and a relaxing quiet retreat from the bustle on your doorstep. It’s perfect for business travelers, families or small groups.

Access is easy via the elevator and the apartment is all on one level for guests with mobility issues.  

We can comfortably sleep 8 guests (6 adults & 2 children) using the following sleeping arrangements:
~  King sized bed in the master bedroom. 
~ Queen sized bed in the second bedroom.
~ Two singles (bunk bed) in the third “bedroom” (the space is a non-conforming bedroom in that there is no window or closet space, but it’s perfect for kids!)
~ Queen sized sofa bed in the living space.

There are two full bathrooms each with bathtubs and showers.  

The full kitchen is nestled in the living space, with updated appliances and amenities should you wish to whip up a meal, or enjoy breakfast before a day out exploring. Sit yourselves comfortably at the dining table for 6.

The living room comes complete with a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing to your favorite shows while unwinding after city overload! The sofa bed located in the living room pulls out to a queen sized bed; perfect for 2 guests. 

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable workspace by a window (ideal for those traveling on business).

Guest Access:
The apartment is not shared with anyone else. As with many apartment buildings in DC, the lower floors have full time occupants. Please be mindful of the fact that noise can travel and this is city living, we like to take care of our neighbors!

The Neighborhood:
WALKING distance to all DC has to offer. Close to metro (red line). Great local bars, restaurants and night life!

This trendsetting neighborhood boasts more long-term residents than summer interns, lending it a lived-in quality that’s uncommon in a city of new arrivals.  More restaurant choices than you would ever have time for and cute shops to browse and enjoy.

Getting Around:
Just two blocks from the Dupont Circle Metro (red line). There are two Capital Bike Share stations within two blocks and plenty of streets with bike lanes.

The fireplace is not operational.
