I wanted to say it was a great place in a great neighborhood, which the neighborhood is very nice.I messaged the host that we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and was willing to overlook.When we checked in, key was under the mat and I put it under a mat at checkout. Host then messaged me that the key was missing and a TV was broken. (We watched the living room tv the night before, never turned on the upstairs tv. Then proceeded to say we "planted the cockroaches"Let's be honest, the living room furniture is uncomfortable and the stairs are leaning which could be a structural beam in the basement (also evident in bathroom door gap)All in, this 2 nights at 199 a night cost me around 700 with fees. All this was communicated to the host and no apology. Very disappointed.
