Front desk rep was rude and snobby. The rooms were not clean, bathrooms not clean and don’t have a ventilation. Games ad about breakfast that was supposed to be included. Apparently, you have to purchase a voucher for like 30 dollars per person to eat breakfast at the hotel. Parking is not included, the hotel charges $50 for parking.

Great experience. I even received a text after check in to ask me how my stay was going. It was wonderful, that they contact you informally, to see if you need anything. I would stay here again, whenever I visit again.

Location is all the offer

This place is disgusting. For the cost of the rooms I rrally expected better. Dirty, torn sheets on bed; dingy, smelly towels in bathroom. Tub did not drain so I was forced to stand in standing tub water atop a moldy, nasty looking built in tub mat. $51parking was a nightmare trying to maneuver through the lot. Wish we would have chosen another location to stay. My daughter and I slept fully clothed, and put tshirts over our pillows because everything just looked so old and nasty.

Great location within walking distance of the National Mall. Awesome staff! Very courteous and professional. Hotel is very dated and rooms don't look clean because of how old it is. Room carpet looked terrible. Beds looked and felt old.

Very conveniently located, clean, great staff. Restaurant is pricey and not the best, but adequate for hotel food - and you’re in DC, there’s food everywhere 😊 Stayed 4 nights while visiting colleges with my son. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t have water 1st night checked in, water was either too hot or too cold, hard to adjust to a comfortable warm temperature. Front desk was rude, shower spout and refrigerator dat broken, wash clothes were dirty. Sink didn’t really have any warm water.

Great location; a few issues.

Great location close to Smithsonian. No restaurants within easy walking distance. No way to adjust the temperature in the room; it was set at 69 degrees and you could not change that. The sheets were not breathable, causing us to wake up sweating, throw off the blankets for awhile, only to pull them back on later because we were freezing. No pay-per-view channels.
