I really excepted a better stay elevators were dirty and smelly. My room had chipped paint and temperature in hotel was horrible breakfast this morning downstairs was extremely humid there AC seemed to be not working to good. It was definitely not worth the money I paid. It was for my husband 56th birthday getaway. I was so disappointed. One more thing all the food that we were served the whole time we were there was lukewarm. I didn’t understand that.

There were continuing issues in the room- toilet not being able to flush, 3 reading lights didn’t work, the coffee maker didn’t work, the shower pull didn’t always work. It lacked restaurants around the area. While it was close to the national mall and the metro, I wouldn’t stay again.

This Hotel is very close to the Mall and the Wharf...making it easy to get around without a car. It was nice and clean...but a little loud being that it is right next to the railroad line.

Worst place to stay.

The gentlemen Christopher was the only person that was amazing! Everything else was horrible. Cleanliness was terrible. Blinds were broken in the room, uncomfortable beds, AC stopped working the last night I was there.

This was a good hotel as close to the National Mall as you can get. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Property is a little old. No venting in the bathroom and the walls were a little thin. The advertised breakfast buffet was not included in the price and the dining was expensive.
