The room smelled as if it had sitting water in it. Rust on and on min the refrigerator. The counter top was dirty. The tub was brown. I complained about the noise and the teenagers were alone in the room next to us. I complained twice and nothing happened. We stayed up the entire night. They were banging and trying to get in the room through the connecting door. So unsafe and the fact they did nothing was crazy. I was told because I booked through a third party, oh well nothing I can do is what the rep told me. Very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t get her name name. The young lady that checked me out gave me the corporate number and was very courteous. All around the worst hotel stay ever. Not using Hotels.com again. I called and nothing was done. Kids left unattended with no adult supervision and an unclean room.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The bathroom is out dated though. It was a few hair strands in my bed. Yuk. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to a lot of entertainment. Overall I’d stay there again.
