Frustrating Experience.

The room was worn with stains on the lamp shades, and a tear in the shower curtain. There was a strong sewage smell at night. We were lucky to be at a higher floor so it wasn't as strong. We placed towels at the bottom of our door to prevent it from entering our room. Many guests were in the hotel lobby to complain about how strong the smell was. The valet charge is listed as $65 both online and in the lobby, but it is really $76.60 after the unlisted taxes and fees. We are a family of 5 so we needed the sofa bed, but no bedding was provided. We called to the front desk and they told us to come down and get it ourselves. After waiting in line, they checked and were out of blankets and pillows and told us to come back later. We had to wait until we returned late at night to pick it up, and had to wait in a long line again. We needed to get something out of our car, and the valet had us wait for about 20-30 minutes before taking us to our car in the garage across the street. The doors were unmarked, and he left us at the car, so we had to try to find our way back to the hotel on our own through unmarked doorways.

I reserved this place for my family; Husband and 4 kids. We wanted to spend a nice weekend to celebrate my husband birthday. We arrived around 11pm and we we got there, we were told they didn’t have the room we reserved. In stead they offered us 2 separate room. I was so upset because we just wanted to be together as a family. Their solution was either to accept 2 rooms or just cancel the whole reservation. I had an awful experience experience that I wish it will never happen to any other family. My kids were scared and tired. After driving almost 5 hours to get there. At the end we ended up in a tiny room sleeping basically on top of each other because we couldn’t be separated. We had small kids .

Great stay!

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Came for a few days to see the cherry blossoms and spent time at all the monuments. The hotel staff were great. It's a very busy area and the hotel was packed the whole time. It was about a 7 minute walk to and from the train station. I loved eating across the street at Menomale pizza who made me a gluten and dairy free pizza, was delicious! Also, down the street at Seoul Spice also gluten and dairy free and was great! Loved being able to walk to these close places at the end of an exhausting day.

My stay

The Wi-Fi was very poor. I could not use my phone or laptop in my room. The room was clean, the bathroom shower needs an upgrade. I wish there were more food options, the menu at night was limited to a small pizza. The free breakfast was crowded and chaotic, but the kitchen service staff were wonderful.

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was dusty, spots on the couch, carpet, bedsheets, pillowcases and insects (cockroach) in the room.
