The room was dirty with dusty surfaces, no sheets, and stained mattresses. Bathroom light was motion activated but would turn off when someone was inside. Shower floor was stained. Overall, room was poorly maintained, but area and free breakfast were convenient. Would appreciate the water cooler left out all day and not put away when breakfast ended.

Wouldn’t stay here again….Very unsanitary the parking was horrible, the couches was ripped all up , room service never came to clean my room, bed was so uncomfortable

Nice room but check heating vent

Room was great, except that every time the heating/air shut off, a loud bang from a baffle or something was heard (similar to cabinet door shutting). Woke up several times because of noise.

We checked in and our first room had stains all over the furniture and it reeked of marijuana. We requested a change and they moved us to a second room, which also had significant stains on the furniture and the bathroom didn’t lock. In this room, the AC was broken and quickly the temp rose to 82 degrees. They moved us to a third room, which seemed run down and not taken care of - the blackout blinds were broken, the lamp was askew, there were small stains everywhere, holes in the sheets and pillowcases, and the bathroom door lock was broken. We requested additional pillows and were told the hotel was out of pillows. The staff was really nice and did their best to accommodate, but the accommodations at this hotel were rough at best. One bright point was the breakfast, again the staff there was very kind and helpful. Overall, this hotel did not come anywhere close to expectations
