Our fridge wasn't working. I texted the friendly front desk and it was replaced with a working one within five minutes. The happy hour was fun and free coffee always makes me happy. Everything was EXCELLENT!! The accommodation fit our need in every way. As it’s a historic building there was a “smell” that wasn’t preferred but that comes with age, I suppose (pun intended).
