Other things to note
1. I use smart technology in my home: smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more. There is no physical key access or keypad access. Home must be accessed via the August mobile app.
2. Health and safety remains my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.
3. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.
5. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to reach the upper bedroom areas.
6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules.
7. The bedroom with the 2 full-size beds on the 3rd floor has a sloped ceiling.
8. EV Charger: If using the EV charger, guests should bring their own extended cable.

Pets allowed - To ensure the proper care and maintenance of our property, we charge a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per stay. Additionally, a refundable pet deposit of $500 is required, ($1000 for more than 2 pets) which will be fully refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed.
