The home was very clean, and Todd was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient and close to DC, with a CVS, Fast Food, and a small market all within walking distance. The TVs use Roku, which made streaming simple, and the kitchen table was great for playing card games. The couch was quite small but not a major issue since we didn’t spend much time in the living room.A few basic kitchen items were missing, including kitchen towels and basic condiments like salt and pepper.We did have one major issue when the batteries in the electronic door lock died, leaving us locked out for about five hours. Todd stayed in contact, arranged maintenance, and ultimately called an emergency locksmith who resolved the issue by replacing the batteries and providing a key. Todd offered a partial refund, reimbursement for dinner while we were locked out, and repayment for a blender we purchased and left at the house. At the time of writing, the refund has not yet posted, but Todd did explain the expected timeframe. At the time of writing the review I have not recevied it. I hope to do an update post once received. Overall, the stay was good. The home was clean, comfortable, well located, and Todd remained communicative and responsive throughout, even while traveling in another time zone.
