We loved our stay here, especially loved the rooftop deck for sunrise viewing. The front desk staff were all super friendly. Maintenance very prompt. The apartment was beautiful and furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

The room was great and area. The staff was nice and friendly. Only thing that I didn’t like was the pillows. They were not comfortable(Always can bring your own)but besides that I loved my stay.

Room was very clean. Front desk people were very friendly. Parking garage was convenient and plenty of places to park. That's pretty much it on the positives. No TV services. We had to use our own streaming services. And unless you want to change your home location on Hulu you can't get live TV. Family room furniture was wobbly and uncomfortable. And inadequate for a 2 bedroom. Couch was big enough for 3 people. Lounging on bar chairs was uncomfortable for a whole week. They don't clean rooms while you're staying there so you need to request towels and cleaning supplies and coffee pods etc and you have to clean everything yourself. Had to ask for pillows 4 separate times before we got them. Had to request towels several times before we got them. Kitchen floor seems to have been flooded at some point because it was all pulling apart and had numerous holes. The carpet in the hallways is fraying and looks unkempt. They failed to tell us the garage code changes every Thursday so we were locked out of the garage at one point. There's a convenience store in the lobby that is astronomically over priced. Elevators stunk like weed constantly because half the building is full time student residents. Having an entire apartment to ourselves was nice but there are several things they need to improve upon if I'm ever going to go back. It certainly didn't live up to the standards I was expecting given its high rating.

My experience was great overall, despite some issues in the room that I reported within five minutes of check-in. The staff made an effort to accommodate me by offering a different room, which I ultimately declined. I merely wanted to ensure they were aware of the concerns.

The location was great for walking distance food and groceries. The room was clean. It would have been nice if the living room area had more lighting other than the lamp which didn’t provide much. The parking was a bit annoying and expensive.

If you don’t mind partying and paper thin walls then this is the place for you. The actual apartment is beautiful too bad the customer service is poor that coupled with the fact that it seems to be the place that local children decide to party at. We ended up leaving a day early. This place should NOT.be rated wonderful because it surely was not.
