This company is deceptive in its communication. Critical details—like only providing enough toiletries and toilet paper for one day—were buried in a hard-to-read email after booking. We arrived to 2 half-used rolls of toilet paper and just 3 towels for 5 people over 5 days. Despite repeated calls and messages, we didn’t receive two extra towels until day 3. They also did not supply washcloths. Why isn’t this disclosed on the booking page so families can prepare? The apartment itself was filthy: vents clogged with dust and hair, grimy windows, torn screens with holes big enough for the box fan to fall through. We found 3 pills and trash under a bed. The kitchen had utensils with food stuck to them and did not have a washcloth or towel for the dishes. It was unbearably hot in late November with no AC, forcing us to sleep with fans and open windows. The pool, advertised as open, was frequently closed without explanation which was a total disappointment as having a pool was an absolute requirement for us as we had very excited kids who just wanted to swim. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, misleading, and far below expectations.

Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI and the AI wasn't very good ... takes awhile to keeping pressing to get a human which I needed because the key code wasn't sent though it said it had been... also my "security screening" had a glitch so I needed a human... But other than that it was a fabulous place and I rested well.

Great location! This apartment was definitely a great find. The check-in and out were smooth, the apartments was clean and nicely furnished, and it was overall a nice place to stay.
