The gentleman at the front desk not only checked me in with genuine friendliness but also personally assisted with my bags, placing them neatly on the luggage rack in my room—a small gesture that set the tone for the stay. When I asked for a microwave, mini fridge, and extra blanket, each item was delivered promptly to my room. • Every staff member I encountered was consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of ease and comfort. I have not one complaint about hotel. Staff was great. Very clean and resturants in hotel were great with wide selection of food. Couple blocks from the front of white house. Alot of great restuarants surronding hotel and metro was 2 blocks away. And Michigan beat Maryland in football.
