This is a very cosy and elegant hotel in the best possible location within DC. The staff is responsive and polite, however the rooms are not properly maintained, and often something malfunctions. This has happened to me almost every time I stayed here, and I would like to alert the management of a problem they have. Someone is not doing their job.

I’ve stayed at the Dupont Circle Hotel many times over the past several years as it has become my favorite hotel in Washington, DC. Its location, a five minute walk from the Dupont Circle metro station, is fantastic; its rooms are quiet, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean; the staff is helpful — check in and check out are fast, and its restaurant and bar are first-rate. I even now want to check out the Doyle Hotel in Dublin, based on how terrific the DuPont Circle Hotel has been!
