I would def stay here again. For the price, the location, dining options, cleanliness were great. I wish they had a pool and hot tub but those are small things compared to what you get for your money. I walked everywhere from hotel. It is in a very clean and safe area. DC is so much cleaner and feels safer now after the last election.

Great location. Friendly staff. Great rooftop bar and view of the city. Free waters everyday! They also upgraded our room and left chocolates for our first trip to DC. Loved Hotel Washington.

The hotel and staff were friendly. There were minor miscommunications, but nothing that couldn't be addressed easily. We didn't experience the dining, but we got room service, and the food was good. We will try this hotel again and request a room with more natural light and scenery. We would recommend this hotel and its location.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Washington, and we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for an unforgettable experience. The location was ideal, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel itself was beautiful—but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from your team. Natali at Guest Services made our arrival incredibly special by upgrading our room and surprising us with treats and a personal welcome card. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our stay. Sajag Puri at Front Desk Manager was equally wonderful. He provided helpful suggestions for exploring the memorials and ensured our comfort with a late checkout and early room service. We would also like to thank Youssef (our bartender), Selamawit, Jackie, and Brandon (the front desk team), and Fish and Brandole (our welcoming bellmen), all of whom treated us with genuine care and warmth. Glass shower door in the bedroom is a stupid idea. Any light in the bathroom is visible in the bedroom. Very slippery floor in the shower. Only 1 setting for the shower head and it is very very high. There were long hairs on the floor in the room and the bathroom. Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly.

It was an absolute joy!! Hotel is clean and just fantastic! Breakfast at the hotel is excellent however PRICY…. If you don’t feel like spending 80-$85 for 2 look for something else

The hotel had a nice vibe. Rooftop bar was nice as well as patio restaurant. The room was average, only because my mattress seemed old. Valet parking is $70/day but you can save about $60 if you park it yourself and use Uber/Lyft. It's even walkable to restaurants, monuments and museums.

The whole experience was great! They accommodated us for a welcoming gift for our 15 year old daughter that flew in from Texas. The only downside to the stay was the shower, water stands in the bottom where at one point i had to turn the shower off because i was concerned about it running over. Everything else was great and we would definitely stay again.
