This beautiful home is above Hoelcks Florist and is handicap accessible with a stair lift, handicap shower and has a beautiful back deck overlooking the woods for privacy, this is a 1200 sq ft 2 large bedrooms, bath with washer and dryer. Large long living room with a very spacious kitchen! You will feel like you’re at home during your stay. This home is set back in a residential neighborhood with 14 wooded acres behind it, perfectly located and convenient! Fenced in back yard for your pets.

One of the nicer VRBO experiences we had. Michael was a great host, he communicated well with us, and was quick to respond to texts & questions. There is a flight of stairs to enter & then everything is on one level. A florist is below and the fresh smell of flowers radiates the entrance to the back deck area. The place was fully stocked and the fenced in yard made traveling with dogs easy. Convenient location to beaches, and eateries. The WiFi was a little slow but was fine for our needs.

Such a nice place! Conveniently located, great house, and so many fun little surprises inside: the deck, the amazing adjustable bed, comfy sofas, TVs everywhere, and other fun gems throughout. Really fun place to stay.

Absolutely perfect for a Weekend getaway!

The home was spotless,cozy,and incredibly easy to check into. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and quick to offer help or local tips whenever we needed anything. The location couldn't have been better- super close to all the sights we wanted to explore.It made everything so convenient. We felt right at home the entire stay and would definitely book again for another relaxing escape!

The property was excellent and well appointed. It had everything we needed for a home away from home and made our stay that much more pleasant. Michael checked in daily with a text to see if we needed anything and I felt guilty that we didn’t. He was so gracious and I’m sorry that we didn’t get an opportunity to meet in person. When we have the next opportunity to return to Connecticut, we will most definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Manitock Spring Water Residence in Waterford, Connecticut, and it was a delightful experience. Its location is ideal, with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, Flanders Plaza Shopping Center, Hempstead Houses and Mystic all within a short drive. Clean and relaxing place to stay

Traveled to New London to visit my son at the US Coast Guard Academy. The House was very clean and spacious inside. Mike the owner was extremely helpful and willing to address any issues if there were any. It was only about 12 mins to the academy and about 3mins to downtown. I would stay there again if I ever come back into town.

Short trip to Waterford CT

End of summer trip to Southeastern CT to visit family and see some tourist attractions. The home was was quiet and like being in my own home; also centrally located with quick access to I-95. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend get away

Lovely stay for a quick weekend mother daughter stay in the New London area!! Short drive to local attractions and good restaurants. Our host was so gracious and helpful. Many great recommendations for restaurants. The space was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again!!
