New and clean

Wonderful stay in a seemingly new hotel. All features, designs, appliances, and furniture were new. So new that the street address did not show up in my car. Breakfast good.

The beds were very soft, so if you like a firm mattress these aren’t for you. The fridge in the room did not work, it was cool when we checked in, but that night we went to take our ice packs out and they were hot along with our drinks. Breakfast was delicious and the staff for the most part were super friendly and willing to help in away they could. The location is great with plenty of dining options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Wonderful single night stay at this hotel, I was uncertain where to book when there is so much choice but would 100% stay here again. We had such a warm welcome from Zoe on reception who was helpful and patient with our questions. The room was perfect for us and our three children with plenty of space for bags (so much better than the Hyatt hotel we had stayed at in Washington the previous two nights at more than double the price). Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The pool was a good temperature and clean. All the staff we met were warm and helpful, thank you and I hope we can return someday.

Waited at the counter for 10 min before someone showed up to start checking people in. Our room had a nice couch in it. But there was a couple of ugly brown stains on it. We notified the front desk. They didn’t offer to remove it or replace it. We did not set anything on it. Room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Not the cleanest room

There was trash on the window ledge, some type of crumbs on the carpet around the bed, hairs in the shower and my wife found a few smaller hairs in the bed on both pillows. The hotel is in a great location and it is fairly new and up to date but it just seemed like the housekeeping was below par since we have stayed here in the past. We still like staying here and will in the future if we are in the area

The staff was a bit overworked. They tried their best to do all they could and were very attentive. But they could only spread themselves so far. The breakfast was wonderfull and the staff and room for the meal was well kept. Maybe bacon every other day in stead of sausage every day. A few more large trashcans for take out would have been helpful. More towel availablity in pool area. Overall, it was a good experience.

The desk staff were very attentive and friendly. The body wash soap in shower was empty and the tub surface is extremely slippery. As an older person this is especially concerning. I did not have the breakfast but it looked and smelled good.
