This place was nice for the price Was a little lacking in hot water at the sink but a lot in the shower. Truck traffic noise in the morning was loud.

Very Very clean. I love going to a place that allows dogs that doesn’t smell like dogs. Staff and owner very friendly. Owner answers texts almost immediately. If you are visiting the Benezette area, this is a great option for a room. It’s very small, but cozy. This property is on a main highway, but we were planning to sleep there, not hang out. Our intent was to be outdoors looking at elk and sight seeing. My only suggestions to the owner would be either a larger Fridge in the “lobby” or small dorm fridges in each room. Possibly some coffee creamer with the sugar next to coffee maker, although there is a Family Dollar next door and a pharmacy across the street. And, there is a small space in the bathroom that could benefit from a couple shelves for toiletries and hair dryers. We were completely comfortable during our stay. Also, having Wi-Fi in this area was huge! We are already planning another trip with friends and intend to stay here again.

Room was very clean, but very small. If you are a larger than norm person or have mobility issues, maybe not a good choice.There were only 3 outlets in the room, two were used for tv, lamps and a/c.3rd was in bathroom w/ nowhere to set a phone to charge other than the floor. Walls very thin, could hear way too much of conversation plus street noise. Could not open the window due to a/c in widow. Bathroom window didnt help cool room off. Shower was tiny and water got all over floor. We ended up not even staying the second night, even though it was paid for.

I like that the room is very clean and close to the Elk visitors center. They have a common microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. They were prompt to respond to my questions. The bathroom is a bit small and the toilet is so close to the wall that your knees hit the wall. Nice room if you plan on just sleeping here a night or 2. Would be nice in the summer with the pool open.

Easy parking near room. Room was clean and neat..everything ie...air conditioning, heat, tv, lights and fan worked perfectly. Room code was provided prior to check in which made it easy to enter our room when we were ready. It was close enough to the Elk viewing areas that we could stay til late in the evening and be out early in the morning. Very nice place to stay

The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. They are very small and my husband who needs a walker was unable to use it in the room because of close spaces. His mobility became worse so we needed to leave the next morning and not able to complete our stay. The facility is very close to the elk viewing area. Joanne, the owner, was very sweet and responded to my texts in a very timely manner. She actually allowed us to check in a little earlier. This is a cute little place but too small for our needs. Thank you, Joanne for being so kind.

Everything was spotless, well supplied, explained very well in detail acces to room and hospitality room. I gave a good rather than excellent for 2 reasons- #1- we could easily hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us but they were not loud and obnoxious and their language was decent and #2-the size of the room was smaller than what I anticipated. We did not need to spend much time in the room but I would look for different accommodations if that was the case. It was close and easy to get to the Elk Viewing areas.

Living in an area where I have no noise it was a little hard to sleep. I do live in the country where I never hear anything after 7:00pm. This place was along the highway with vehicle going constantly. If that does not bother you the place was very nice, very clean and easy to fine. Next time I will bring my ear plugs.
