Dog Friendly-Must have prearranged approval from host and an additional $150 paid before arrival
- No more than 2 house trained dogs allowed.
-Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property.
-Dogs cannot be off leash while outside.
-Guests will clean up after dogs and dispose of waste as stated in the rental book.
- If evidence of pets on the property without prior approval, subject to $300 damage charge.

A limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags are supplied for your convenience. Please be prepared to bring additional items you may need for your entire stay. Linens and towels are included, guests will need to provide their own log-in information for streaming platforms, and an easy-to-use keypad entry door allows you to arrive anytime after 4pm. Keurig and Coffee Pot available.

For the safety of our home and guests there are 2 security cameras on the rear side of the home to monitor flooding and there is 1 camera on the front of the home that monitors the entry steps.
