Grand Vista Lodge is THE premier vacation home getaway in Ashe County! This spacious cabin was lovingly updated very recently and features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a hot tub, a custom hardscaped gas firepit area, a coffee bar, work desks, HD TVs in every bedroom, a 1,500 square foot covered porch wrapping around 3 sides, stunning mountain views, a huge yard, and so much more!

The main level features a family room with cozy furnishings arranged facing the gas fireplace and 65” 4k HD TV. This is open to the kitchen, where the chefs in your group will enjoy preparing delicious treats and snacks. Then, gather together at the beautiful 10-person round table under the majestic antler chandelier in the dining room around the corner.

Time for bed? Grand Vista Lodge offers seven sleeping spaces, including three King suites. All bedrooms have new top-of-the-line mattresses from brands such as Ghost Sleep and Nector. One King suite is on the main level, and its private bath has a jetted bathtub and a separate tiled shower. There is a half bath in the hall. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms that share a full bath: a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and a room with four single Twin beds. Downstairs are two more spacious King suites, each with a private bath with custom tiled showers attached. And there's a bonus sleeping space on the lower level that contains a queen-sized Murphy bed located in the lower level sitting area which also has a 65” 4k HD TV. All seven sleeping spaces have their own 43” to 55” 4k HD TVs, as well.

Grand Vista Lodge offers nearly endless entertainment both inside and out! On the lower level is a space with a 65” 4k HD TV and a pool/ping pong gaming table adjacent to a coffee bar just off the patio. On the upper level, in the loft, you'll find a sitting area and another 65” 4k HD TV, a round dining/game table, as well as an area with a 12' long custom desk designed for those who may need to work, answer some emails, or do some schoolwork while on vacation. Outside on the main level, the decks are covered and wrap around three sides of the house, offering beautiful pastoral and mountain views from all sides. enjoy the gas fire pit on the concrete patio or the four picnic tables with seating for 16 on the side porch so you can dine outside and enjoy the fresh mountain breeze. On the lower level patio, you'll find two picnic tables next to custom-built changing stalls, perfect for those who want to get ready to enjoy a dip in the hot tub. After dark, enjoy roasting marshmallows and telling stories by the large 72” gas firepit on the lower patio. Catch the July 4th fireworks show in downtown West Jefferson without fighting for parking, too - the show is visible from the hot tub and the deck!

With all that this beautiful lodge offers, you may never want to leave! If you do, you'll find yourself less than 5 minute drive to the charming towns of West Jefferson and Jefferson, both of which offer wonderful unique local shopping and dining. Mount Jefferson State Park and New River State Park are both just up the road for those who want to enjoy the great outdoors. And the towns of Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk are just a short drive away.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- The home is accessed by a gravel driveway that has a moderate incline in places. 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-This home is committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means this home follows best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable. This home uses smart home technology to improve your experience while respecting privacy. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. These decibel noise level monitoring sensors can only sense total sound levels.
- This property has exterior-only security cameras to monitor it when it is unoccupied. There are absolutely no cameras in the interior of the home, and all exterior cameras are situated to protect guest privacy.
-This property has been submitted to Breezeway for a safety check and has met all safety criteria for certification.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
