Totally Unprofessional

After clearly communicating that we would be arriving very late at night, we arrive at the home, only to find that they had left a VRBO message at 1045PM that they were canceling our stay. They never bothered to call me directly or text me (though they had my number). We called and messaged them- but no response. Thus, we were stuck outside their home at 1AM with nowhere to go. To this day, no response from owners. By far, the worst VRBO experience ever, as this lack of communication and simple courtesy caused major distress at 1:AM, as we had few options where to stay. My recommendation is that this owner be removed from VRBO or that people be very cautious if you choose to rent this property.

Good unit for family of 3 or 4

Perfect amount of space for us, everything was clean except the refrigerator, nice beds, and powerful air conditioning. I slept great and there were lots of great stuff for our 10 month old including toys and a pack and play. There is no window in the second smaller bedroom which we loved because it was really dark for our daughter. My only critique would be the shower pressure. I would stay here again though for sure.

Very quiet residential property in Village of Palm Springs. Clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants around and close to West Palm. Nicely decorated with linens, towels, soaps, and paper products all included. Relaxing week !!!

Perfect little home in quiet neighbourhood

My brother and I attended a conference in Palm Beach and needed a place to sleep and eat for a few days. The owner was VERY fast in responding to our needs, and when we arrived, the house was spotless clean and beautifully set up. The kitchen was nice and spacious with all the cookware we needed, and the rooms were cozy with very comfortable beds. The central air conditioning was nice and we slept very well each night. For travellers who just need a place to put up their head each night whilst visiting the city, you couldn't possibly do better than this.

Clean and comfy

Everything was clean and just as advertised. The property was also stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish liquid and sponge, plenty of towels, etc. Communication with the owner was answered right away.

Weekend Stay

We were in Palm Beach for a friend's 50th Bday party .I stayed here with my family for 3nights .This is a very clean, very homey, nicely decorated place..It has a cozy welcoming feel to it. Angela is amazing she responded quickly to my questions. We really enjoyed our stay here . The beds are comfortable and the sheets are extra soft ....The toy box was a pleasant and well needed surprise....only thing missing for us was washer and dryer because we had two little ones with us but overall this place is amazing and we will definitely consider here again.
