**INTERIOR:** The fully renovated home features a bright open layout with a stylish living room, large HDTV, and a chef’s kitchen stocked with everything you need. The dining area and large island provide plenty of seating for your group. The converted garage is a kid-friendly game zone with a real slate pool table, iconic arcade games, basketball, and more!

Essentials Provided:
We’ve got you covered with all the basics—soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, pool towels, and more. No need to pack these items!
Safety & Security:
The home features smart locks and exterior security cameras for your safety and peace of mind.
Pool Heating & Safety:
Pool heating is available for $50/day. If you'd like the pool pre-heated for your arrival, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you. For safety, children must be supervised at all times, no diving or glass is permitted near the pool, and guests swim at their own risk. Safety procedures must be followed at ALL TIMES.
Pets Allowed:
Pet fee is $125 per pet with a maximum of two pets. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any and all damages caused from pets are the financial responsibility of the guest. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances as allergies to them are common.
Guest Limit:
A maximum of 16 overnight guests are permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 16 people must receive prior host approval. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level out of respect for our neighbors. West Palm Beach quiet hours are 10pm-8am and noise is to be minimal during this time.
Pool Table Care (Slate Table):
Please help us keep our slate pool table in excellent condition for all guests. Do not sit, lean, or place drinks on the table at any time. A cover is provided when not in use, and a reminder sign will be left at the start of your stay. Any damage to the table will result in additional charges.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages.

Firewood is not included with your stay, but can be arranged for an additional $25 fee. Please remember to always take precautionary measures when using the fire-pit and never leave an active fire unattended.
