Room smelled so bad.

The room stank. It smelled bad when we walked in. It was just before 11pm so we didn't think to ask to change, we just turned on the AC which helped a bit. The next morning, the A/C had been on so the room was freezing and we turned on the heater - OMG - it reaked. I had already checked the fridge and microwave... it was definitely the heater. (Room 311). I did tell the manager when I asked for extra towels that morning (we were only given 2) so perhaps it's been fixed.

Front door had very little parking near it, had to go around the building twice and then walk quickly to the door because it was starting to rain. Had a stove and full size refrigerator in the room so very good room for workers staying for a long period. Person in floor above me, checked in after 9 am and then moved all his furniture around which was extremely loud.

I booked room on Expedia and went to the hotel.I was shocked at the condition of the hotel and the surrounding area. The front desk lady was dealing with another unhappy customer. When it was my turn she told me there was no reservation. I told her I booked it with Expedia. I informed here I just booked it so it might take a few moments. She told me it might take a few hours., 45 minutes alter I asked her again and she found it. She was very rude., My bed was for better words a cot. There was some sort of oil or slippery substance on the floor. I tried to use my computer to get another place but there was NO FREE INTERNET. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the music and dogs barking in other rooms. I woke up early to be out by 5:00 I went into the lobby so I could make coffee in my room. I wanted to get hot water. There was hot water but no cups. The front desk area was covered by a metal wall so nobody was there. LOOK THE STAFF WAS RUDE, THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING & I'm very curious how some people gave it good reviews.

Property has paper thin walls, was kept up all night by upstairs guests. Same was said to staff by downstairs guests about us, downstairs proceeded to bang on the ceiling every-time we walked. Felt like we had to walk on egg shells to be extra quiet it sucked.

The hotel is nice but very minimal! Not enough toiletries. No Hair dryer, soap, you have to bring your used towel to the lobby to get clean ones. Very noisy, Saturday morning people in the hallway discussing. On Sunday at 6:00 am one occupant decided to play his music full blast. We called the front desk and they took care of that.

If you have long hair, you'll never get the shampoo rinsed out with a low flow shower head and very little water pressure. Room was clean but spartan. Sirens on Okeechobee Blvd heard every evening which is discomforting, I wouldn't recommend walking the neighborhood after dark, even early evening.

Really liked the price. Felt a little cheap but I want it that way because of the price. Staff was very friendly. Most of all I loved the full size refrigerator/ freezer and kitchenette. Most hotels don’t have that.

The room was large, renovated, but the conditions of stay leave much to be desired. 1. For 3 days we received 1 towel, which no one changed 2. There was no hair dryer in the room (had to go ask at the reception) 3. There is a kitchen, but no dishes. Not even a kettle and coffee maker. 4. There was no iron and ironing board (had to go and get from the reception) 5. Very thin walls. All night I heard someone walking on the ceiling (as if elephants were stomping), in the next room they were constantly moving something, slamming doors and talking loudly until 3 am. 6. No breakfast Perhaps next time I will stay in another hotel, where there is everything necessary that a traveler needs.
