Very nice, clean property that is easy to get into and out of. The room was well appointed and stylish. The bedding and towels were also nice. The shower was nice and HOT! The heating/cooling unit in the room was loud. We turned it off at night to sleep. The drains from the upstairs room also made water flow noises whenever used. This made it sound like rain in the room, as guests were leaving early AM. Overall, I would stay there again for all the upsides. Nice to be at a boutique hotel that was so nice, friendly and clean.

Room given was very convenient and the hotel staff were nice and helpful. My wife became ill and we had to leave early and we were only charged for night we were there. Excellent place. Would highly recommend!

My stay at Kelly Inn West was great! My family and I arrived earlier than scheduled and were able to check-in early. Vereniz gave great suggestions on local restaurants and was accommodating in providing a crib for my son. We stayed in the King Suite, which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast station was always stocked and clean every morning and tasted great. Each day they had a different main dish with other breakfast staples, we enjoyed the variety each morning. The location of the Inn was down the street from the Yellowstone entrance which made access very easy!

It was a nice hotel, clean, quiet,new, and a great location in the park and restaurants. The bed was a bit too firm, but good condition. The breakfast was just the usual, not good quality food.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with four pillows to choose from. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations.
