With two bedrooms featuring a tempurpedic queen bed with a flat screen TV and a fun bunk bed room with an extra trundle bed, guests can relax comfortably. The living room offers a sofa bed, perfect for extra visitors or lounging after a day of golf or the beach. A full bathroom includes tub and shower combo with a hair dryer and full amenities offered for convenience. A/C throughout. Full basement with new washer/dryer and exercise area. Outdoor features include a private fenced in backyard for entertaining with a large outdoor shower, wood fire pit with seating, a full outdoor dining table with seating for 8-10, and Adirondack chairs in the front lawn for morning and evening relaxation overlooking the golf course. Cornhole and hammock included. Cottage is located close to Winnapaug golf course, 1.3 miles to Westerly town and state beaches, and 3.4 miles to Watch Hill. Wuskenau town beach pass and beach chairs included with the house rental. Whether you’re unwinding indoors after a day of golf, beach, surfing, or enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this serene spot provides a fantastic retreat. Rules

The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Quiet hours start at 10PM.
Tenant shall keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition throughout the tenancy and promptly notify Landlord of any maintenance or repair issue.
Tenant agrees to pay a holdover fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per day, or any portion thereof, for each day of unauthorized occupancy.
