The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Our sink didn’t drain. The water pressure was low. The lamps could be updated to include usb ports. The electric outlets were not convenient. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was kind and helpful; parking is close to rooms and free; room was clean and spacious, bathroom was clean as well. Floors were not sparkling clean and we noticed an odd smell - but didnt affect us. > Overall a good experience for a stay with the family after Disneyland trip.

Front desk employee was annoyed when my family and I went to get the free breakfast and there was none left so I asked her about it and she said I would have to wait till later. We were leaving for Universal so we finished getting ready and about 30 minutes later we came out and there was still nothing it was 9am at this point so we left.

All the plugs in one room were broken and nothing stayed plugged in. The shower in another room did not work properly and had to be propped. I am glad we only booked one night at this hotel.
