They did not clean our rooms even when we called and complained. The rooms were full of ants and disgusting. I will think twice before staying there. Not happy at all.

All the plugs in one room were broken and nothing stayed plugged in. The shower in another room did not work properly and had to be propped. I am glad we only booked one night at this hotel.

The only thing is the laundry room opens from 7am to 10pm. It should be open 24/24 . Swimming pool closes at 8pm. By default they do not service your room during your stay unless you have to request before 12pm

Checked In and room was filthy and we specifically called to make sure the jacuzzi was working which they said it was and we went to use the jacuzzi and it was not working. The. Breakers were not working at the breakfast so my husband fixed the breakers so the coffee and juice bar would work.

The staff was very helpful, friendly & responsive, even before we arrived, after helping with some changes to our reservation. Once there, we found that our shower wasn't working, but they gave us access to a second room for showering, and made sure the shower was repaired the next morning. Thank you! :-)
