I always feel safe at this place and the rooms are always clean. The only repeat issue (I stay here once a year in October) is the "skunk" smell. It's outside and inside.

Cobwebs in the corners of the room and very dusty around TV and back of bed, but overall OK. Only hot items for breakfast were a waffle machine and gravy for biscuits. (So great if yer a kid or a cowboy, I guess.) But no eggs or nongravy meat. (Fortunately, there's a decent McD right next door.) There is a nice Mexican-American resturant in the same strip-mall complex the motel is in, on the other side. The motel does not keep the side-entrance doors closed, which is a security issue in my opinion. But it is overall still a great little overnight travel motel in a great location, and the staff were pleasant to deal with in every respect.

When we pulled into the parking lot there were the only way I can describe them as drug tweekers in the lot looking terrible. Next was put on the second floor and told there was no elevator being disabled this would be difficult. After going to get something to eat we decided not to stay as felt unsafe so we went on to our next stop.

Hopefully they will make changes, for you!

The room locks were reset every day even though I had a 3 day stay which required me to go to the desk after a long day trip. I was always locked out of my own room. There was no security in the hotel, as the back access door key pass lock did not work, and it was propped open for convenience. My white socks were black from walking on the carpet each day within the room. Ventilation from the bathroom was not existent - a fan recirculated the moist room air after a shower. The staff was very pleasant, but it was apparent that the owner did not maintain the place. The linens were not changed, even though they stated they would be after the second day, I had to get my own towels, soap, and shampoo from the desk, after my room key was reactivated and I saw there was not any service.

Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air. Very kind, considerate and smiled alot. The outside needs improvement. However, the inside is very nice. The bathroom was a welcomed surprise. It was pristine.

Bed bugs and dirty!

The front desk clerk was very helpful. Our first room was dirty, we asked for another. She quickly moved us. This room was better but not great. We rested for about an hour and when I woke up I could see bed bugs on the bed my daughter was in. I told her to get up. I captured a bed bug in a cup from the room and took it to the front desk. I asked for my money back and we left after 1 hour. This place is gross, but I appreciate the kindness of the woman working the front desk.

I have stayed here many times. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are generally clean. The beds are comfortable. Not this time. The room looked like it was narely cleaned, and smelled like mildew.
