Top of the mountain so it is either a walk down the hill to town or shuttle ride. The hotel and room were great. Staff were very nice and Bike storage was super. We would go again.

I was initially informed that I could change my reservation dates by paying the price difference, and I proceeded on that basis. However, after a week of delays and no clear resolution, I was told — only after the original reservation period had passed — that the change could not be made. As a result, I was charged for a service I was unable to use.This was a frustrating and avoidable situation caused by poor communication and misleading information.

The suite was wonderful, with a nice deep bath tub, well stocked kitchen, and a very comfortable king bed. As everything went well on our 5 night stay. Our only issue was the number of unsupervised children running around the corridors in the evening.

Super clean well maintained cute nice rooms with wnough space for a family. End of the road hotel with unblocked views of the forest. Friendly and helping staff. Vedant, the front desk person greets with a smile, goes extra mile to explain about the attractions, good dining options, how to navigate around etc. Super helpful and friendly.

We stayed at Blackcomb Springs Suites during the summer and loved the peaceful mountain setting. The gondola was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Whistler’s alpine views. Our suite was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen. The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect in the warm weather. Highly recommend for a relaxing summer getaway!

When I booked the room through Expedia, it clearly stated that parking was available and that I could obtain a parking pass at the front desk. There was no mention of any additional cost for parking. Upon check-in, the hotel staff handed me a parking pass without informing me of any fee. Similarly, at check-out, no one mentioned any parking charges. It was only after I had left the hotel that I noticed an unexpected charge of nearly CAD $27 for parking. I find this both unacceptable and misleading. In all my past hotel stays, I have never been charged a parking fee without being informed in advance. This lack of transparency is deeply disappointing.
