Absolutely adored this place!! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Their staff made everything easygoing and seamless. Very appreciative of everyone. The location is good as well. I love how quiet it is at night. Plus 10/10 AC (a must). Overall, 10/10 would definitely come back!

It was our first time staying at the crystal lodge - beautiful hotel and so easy to get around the village from here. The room was so clean and felt “new”. The only downside to the hotel is that the pool/hot tub closes at 10pm so no late night hot tub/swims and that the depth of the pool is only 3.5m. Other than that everything was great!

Hotel has a lovely lobby, but the parking is poor and expensive ant $34/night. Often noise persists into the late night from party goers. Sofa bed was noisy and horrible to sleep on. The pool is small and not private. Front of the hotel faces two other hotels, so no view from that side. You are essentially paying for the good access to the village stroll.

Great stay

Nice hotel in the heart of Whistler! Room was spacious and comfortable. Cleaning service was excellent. Only drawback was the garage parking. It’s super small and tight which was stressful.

The lock of our 2 bedrooms were not working we told the front desk about it and the maintenance guy came to our room and informed us to wait for 1 and half hour and after waiting for 2 hours it was not fixed in both the rooms and when we ask the front desk to change our room or give us discount she clearly said sorry I am not able to do anything . After spending 600$ in four star hotel no one want to get the service like this. Even the glasses in the rooms were dirty and there were literally the finger prints on all the sides of glasses.

I didnt had microwave in my room. First they said someone will bring and it took them 20 minutes. When i called backed they didnt know when will the microwave will come. The person will rude on the phone. When microwave came there was not enough place to pit microwave. Maybe the room was too small. They had to put microwave next to my night table to close to my bed.
