The Space:

Snow settles softly on the surrounding trees as you step inside, greeted by the glow of a wood-burning fireplace and the warmth of log accents throughout the home. Mornings begin with coffee by towering windows, watching winter light filter through the forest. After a day in the crisp mountain air, you can sink into the steaming hot tub and let the quiet of the evening settle in.



Sleeping arrangements

With space for up to 12 guests, this stand-alone home offers six bedrooms thoughtfully arranged across three levels. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, two wardrobes, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second upstairs bedroom includes two twin beds and its own ensuite with a bath/shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another provides a king bed and ensuite. A nearby powder room adds convenience. On the lower level, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bath/shower combo. In total, the home includes 5.5 baths.



Living spaces

The open-plan main floor is designed for gathering. High ceilings and expansive windows bring in natural light, while couches surround the indoor fireplace for relaxed evenings indoors. A separate media den offers a quieter retreat with a TV and games. In the garage, you will find table tennis, foosball, and darts for friendly competition.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, along with a dining table that seats ten and a breakfast bar for three. Stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and easy flow into the dining and living areas make group meals simple and comfortable.

Two decks extend the living space into the winter air. The wrap-around patio or balcony includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, while the rear deck features a hot tub overlooking the backyard. After a snowy day, the hot tub becomes a favorite gathering spot beneath the open sky.

High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work, and the home includes air conditioning, heating, and portable fans for year-round comfort. Washer and dryer facilities, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials add convenience. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
