There is a vibrant night life and vast variety of top quality restaurants. You are strongly recommended to try the Rim Rock Cafe just downhill at the bottom of Whistler Road, white linen dining, great food and wine list at a reasonable price.

Clean and just as expected

This home was perfect for our first trip to Whistler. The proximity to the Creekside area for obtaining rentals and the gondola was very convenient, although the ski in/out aspect of this condo is not for beginner skiers. This home comfortably fit our large group and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking fill meals. The host was there to greet us upon arrival and responsive throughout the trip.

Nice property, but beware

On initial listing, hot tub was listed as amenities but this does not exist in the winter months. It is locked during the winter months and you need to drive to use it on the other side of the condo property. This should be clearly written in the property description but was not. **beware** The ski in and out is not for beginner skiiers, the run is closed and is a black to ski out. With the run closed to return, this isn’t really possible to safely get back unless you trek over rocks and streams. The property itself is good for big groups. Clean. Property manager was helpful.TV is old and outdated , unable to stream.

Beautiful and comfortable!

This property was wonderful for our holiday trip to play in the snow! The rooms were all very comfortable and had a nice "lodge-like" charm to them. We had a family of ten guests and we had plenty of room to be together and apart as needed. The fireplace in the family room was beautiful and the view of the mountains out the window was spectacular. The additional Christmas lights outside on the big tree and on the deck gave a nice ambiance to everything. We didn't use ski-in, ski out as you would need to be intermediate level or higher from looking at it and our group had some beginners. Otherwise, the property was very accessible to everything. The property management team was also very responsive to additional needs that arose. Overall, wonderful accommodations!

Nice place!

We really loved this place! Both Mark, the owner, and Ursula, the organizer, were extremely helpful and accommodating. Lovely place for a group with the large living room, dining table, and open kitchen. It should be noted that one room has a pull out couch bed that's really uncomfortable, and doesn't really count as a normal bed, but there was an inflatable queen mattress in the closet, so we used that instead. Also, since there was a lot written about the ski in/ ski out situation, I'd like to note that when you leave the house if you turn right and walk up the road there is a path right next to the neighbor's condo that walks down to the road below where the trail starts. It's steep for a brief moment then a gradual get-back-type run, but if you're worried about difficulty then just walk up the road from the trailhead, turn right onto the next road and walk down that, and you'll see that you can get straight onto Lower Dave Murray downhill run there.

Misleading Claims

Luxury is in the eye of the beholder, but I'd say it's a stretch to call this a luxury town home. The primary problem is that there is no way to get a comfortable temperature throughout the three levels. It's way too hot on the top floor while one of the bedrooms on the bottom floor is like a meat locker. There is also a considerable amount of deferred maintenance including a kitchen floor with boards coming loose and sagging and squeaking with each step. The sinks were clogged and the toilets are extremely weak flushers to boot. To advertise this place as ski in, ski out is also misleading. The ski out requires a walk of several hundred yards down a slippery road, then skiing on a trail that is definitely not suited for all types of skiers. The ski in trail is a bit better, but still requires a hike to get back to the townhouse. Overall, it's workable, but the advertising is misleading.

Great location and house, ski in ski out only for good skiers

The house was as advertised, roomy, comfortable and well equipped. Minor frustration was cold bedrooms in 2 of the basement rooms. in one the gas fireplace didn't work. Larger frustration was the ski in ski out process. Ski out was ok but still requires skiing skills above the children we had with us. The listing should stipulate that you need to be a good skier to use this approach The ski in was difficult to find and required skills above those of one of the adults with us. We ended up having to drive the kids to ski school anyways involving parking and long walks with skis. Something we were hoping to avoid with ski in ski out properties.

Great location beautiful home

Working with the owner was easy and made the stay even easier since the booking was international. There was someone in contact with us the moment we arrived. The house was beautiful with a great balcony. The more advanced skiers/snowboarders loved the ski in/ski out feature. It wasn't too far from whistler village for the rest of the group. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Whistler

Great, easy stay!

The unit is gorgeous and in excellent shape in a great neighbourhood. Property management was easy to deal with and quick to respond to all emails. Ski out is easy to find and and is a solid blue run. Never quite figured out the ski in but creekside is only a 5 minute drive away anyways. Would stay again.
