This hotel was okay, but it was not what we were expecting. It looked far better on the Expedia web site. The location was perfect, it was safe, quiet, the rooms clean and the staff attentive. That being said, the hotel is badly in need of a remodel. The furniture was worn, outdated and uncomfortable, especially the bed. What we found very strange was the fact that there was a jacuzzi in the room right next to the bed. It just seemed so out of place. What we really found annoying though was the air conditioning. It was a very noisy window unit that was constantly turning on and off. When it turned on, it would get so cold that we had to start looking for blankets to cover ourselves up. When it turned off, it would nearly immediately get so hot that you had to start throwing off the blankets you had just covered yourself with. That continued all night long and made for nearly sleepless nights. You had to go outside the hotel to access the pool. The gym was tiny. It only had two machines, one of which was out of order. Free parking would have been nice. We would not go back.

We only stayed one night, we stayed at another place for four days earlier in the week and wish we had stayed at the Pinnacle instead. Lovely room and hotel very clean and convenient to everything. Staff was awesome and very professional and friendly.

Room was OK, convenient with a kitchen - poor layout clearance between tub surround and bed was so narrow, about 1' - sure to bang your shin - TV didn't work -zero response from front desk on issue after 2 tries - side lamp had been removed i.e. no side light between the beds only stand lamp across the room was source of light Beds were comfy with nice pillows

We were able to check in a few hours earlier which was so nice of the hotel staff as it rained quite a bit. Everyone at the Pinnacle from front staff, management, cleaning staff was super nice and greatedd us with a smile. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and also offers secure bike storage and a bike cleaning station outside. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with you and I wanted to give all the staff at the Pinnacle a huge shout out for everything you do for your guests! I highly recommend this place.
