Check in was great. However, there was no notification of the hot tub not working, we asked for something to lite the fireplace and the response was “I don’t know where you would found one”, not ok. When you pay a premium for a place and this is the case it is ridiculous and unacceptable. Would not recommend and Expedia should do better.

The hotel was as expected, a good clean hotel room with everything anyone could need. However, the partying that went on upstairs directly above us was insane. I demanded we have a room switch. Which they accommodated, we were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite and we're grateful for this. This. However, the level of partying and noise that is apparently allowed to happen there by people who booked four rooms on a floor that had rooms directly below them. Partiers should remain on the bottom floor and staff literally said they can't do anything about the partying.

The room was great value for money! However, the large room was slightly dated, and wouldn’t take much to turn this into a high-end establishment. One issue we faced, was the temperature - and had a non-responsive thermostat, and the room was very cold. This room is massive, with enough space for the whole family. Great location with instant access to shops and restaurants! Highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting Whistler for a good value stay!
