Do not book this property via third party because the hotel will not assist you in any way. We tried to switch rooms from a king to a queen but they would not assist as it was booked via third party. Also the air conditioning started making horrific noises at 2 am and would not stop unless it was fully turned off. So the room was pretty much a non air conditioned room. When mentioned to the front desk in the morning, they would not assist again because it was booked via third party. So not a great experience at all. Staff very dismissive if you didn't book through there website.
