This place needs a facelift..worn out carpets, sticky floor, smell of weed from the guests permeates the lobby. The Front Desk Staff is the saving grace of this hotel. Not a stay I would ever recommend or stay again. The conditions are deprorable. Awful broken bed, noisy fridge and bathtub in very bad condition. Decided to stay on this hotel because we thought the reviews were a little exaggerated...but no, everything is true. This is an hotel in very poor condition. We were told by a local that this hotel is paid by the government to take homeless people in the winter time, that's all I'm sharing. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Spend your money someplace else, your back will appreciate it!

Overall pleasant stay. Room had a great view of river! Larger room. There seemed to have some water damage on the floor. Front desk was sweet and helpful! Would visit again if I needed lower priced accommodation in Whitehorse.
