Please stay within the pond area—do not go past the black wood fence. Use of pond is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their safety.
Fires only in firepit, with low wind & no burn ban. Never leave unattended. Extinguish fully with water. Fireworks strictly prohibited.
$300/hr fee for excessive or biohazard cleaning. Damage or stains to furniture, floors, or walls will incur repair or replacement charges.

Amazing stay with amazing customer service

Our stay was amazing, the AC went out for a bit, but the owner was incredibly responsive, sending someone to take a look within ten minutes and having the issue fixed within a couple hours. Thanks for an amazing stay!
