Wichita trip

It was easy check in and staff were excellent. The room and beds were comfy. Only issue I had was getting into parking lot from road due to missing my turn and the one way street. Other than that everything was great!

We enjoyed the stay here. The room was clean and spacious. We especially liked the breakfast. The Inn is right next to Costco and in a very convenient area. Highly recommended.

Room itself was clean, smelled good, and was spacious. The bathroom definitely needs work. Chipped and peeling paint throughout the entire bathroom, the floor of the tub had a lot of give when you stepped on certain areas, caulking dirty or molding in some areas. Bathroom light had built in fan instead of separate switches. Parking was difficult mainly due to a semi truck taking up about 10 spots and a couple of moving trucks parked sideways taking up a number of spots as well.

We stayed overnight on a long trip. The building and rooms are nice but our room was extremely damp to the point the bedding, carpet and towels felt almost wet. There were no other rooms available to switch to and we were tired so dealt with it but it wasn’t pleasant. We got in our room about 1 am and we were awoken by mowers and leaf blowers outside our window at 6:30 a.m. Then house cleaning tried to come in at 7:45 a.m. We were exhausted and over it. I do not know if other rooms had the same problem with dampness or if it was just ours. Management said the mowers weren’t supposed to start until after 8am which is still too early in my opinion when people are needing rest, he apologized and said he would credit me back rewards points but tried to say he would’ve refunded me but since I booked through a 3rd party he couldn’t. Hotel looked nice but our stay was unfortunately very disappointing.

Pool music was left on ALL Night. No cleaning/housekeeping of room. Had to chase down fresh towels every night. And dispose of trash. Many rooms had left trash in the hall. TV only worked intermittently. Fridge only worked for 2 hours then turns off. Room keys stopped working after 2nd day and we were locked out (our room was at the rear of property). Room was clean upon arrival. Staff were pleasant and helpful. This was our 3rd stay at this property and never had any issues previously. Would only recommend for a 1-2 night stay.
