The updated kitchen is equipped with a dining table for six, a gas stove, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. A laundry closet is conveniently located in the kitchen area. The first bedroom, located at the back of the kitchen, offers a Queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are accessible from the living room and share access to the second full bathroom. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze on the front porch. A storage container with four beach chairs and an umbrella is available just off the porch. This unit offers free street parking and is designed to provide a clean and comfortable setting for your beach vacation.
Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, Twin over Full bunk with Twin trundle
No Senior/Prom groups. No Pets. No Smoking on property.
No parking in the driveway-it is for loading/unloading only; however free street parking is available
