My family recently stayed here and overall, it was a pleasant trip with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement.
The resort's layout is a plus. The property is a manageable size, making it easy to get around on foot but also had elevator if needed to go between the two levels. Amenities are conveniently located near each other. The property is clean and well-maintained, though it does lack a certain "wow" factor. The beach is kept very clean, but the water is quite rocky, although there is a small, rock-free section in the center of the beach that we enjoyed using.
Traveling with our 9-year-old was made easier by our room's location. We were placed on the side of the resort close to the family pool, kids' club, and dining options, which we greatly appreciated. The kids' club itself is well-equipped with a TV, games, and a reading area.
For dining, there are four restaurants, including a buffet. The food was decent, offering all the standard resort fare and a few extras. We particularly enjoyed the Salty Iguana, a poolside spot with good food and a solid drink menu. In my opinion, the resort is a bit on the expensive side for what it offers.
The staff truly stood out during our stay. They work incredibly hard, and we met several friendly and welcoming team members, including Maurice,Juliette, John, and Bryan.
