Very quiet place, jacuzzi was a bonus for me, our kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful as we needed transportation after our car rental was cancelled unexpectedly.

Our stay at SpringHill was excellent. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast was great! They even have free ice cream from 5pm-8pm daily and Busch Gardens and Water country are only 20 mins driving from the property. Chilis and Ramen time was a 5 minute walk. CVS was a less than a 10 minute drive. Pool was great and clean and so was the gym. Cleaning, front desk and breakfast staff were phenomenal.

This hotel had great service and staff. There was enough room for my family of 5 to sleep in along with two TVS to entertain ourselves. The service was great and we were offered free ice cream upon our arrival. The staff was very polite and greeted us at 1:00am due to our late drive/check in. The only small complaints I have is that there wasn’t enough bedding and towels for five people in the room and another was that the drying machine on the third floor was broken. Besides that, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We would totally recommend!

Everything worked out with our rooms. The AC was leaking but was fixed. The hotel still has bad tv reception at times. This occurred on our last trip too. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was close to where we had to visit. Will use again. Plus, love the free ice cream.
