The hotel and room was nice and fairly new. Nice that it was adjacent to the Ark Encounter but they have capitalized on that by now charging parking fees. Not noted when I booked. Such greed!

location is great. But shower room hair conditioner wasn’t refilled at all so it was empty. The cleaner kept knocking the door in the morning before 11:00 am (check out time) trying to kick us out, which wasn’t impressive.

Everything was AMAZING!!! Stay was gracious and kind. The studio was spacious. And, the location virtually shared parking with the Ark Encounter attraction. As an added bonus we didn’t have to pay $15 for parking and could simply walk right up to the ticket counter.

Clean, family friendly, great hotel for a getaway. Staff was very friendly. We had problems checking in with hotels.com since it wasn't paid online, but we had giftcards to use. Had to pay from a credit card instead of the hotels.com gcard I planned on using. Very frustrating. Also we found it irritating having to pay for parking.
