Room ok, heating a little clunky, bathroom door external sliding door not suitable for privacy. Upstairs bathroom drains audible whenever flushing, sink or shower drained. Breakfast quality inferior. But new clean building, pleasant staff and convenient location.

Hotel premises and the room offered was very clean. Breakfast was very reasonable. Check in/check out was a breeze with their online option for both. 2 things that need to be improved, one the heater in the room was either too hot or too cold, auto setting did not seem to work. Second, bathroom fan was not working at all, this was a major inconvenience given multiple people stayed in the room.
