Staff was friendly, lobby is spaciousness with plenty of seating. Check in was great. They gave us an extra parking pass for the day for my friends son who was visiting with us for the day which I thought was awesome. It’s walkable to everything downtown. The beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. I would def stay again.

It was a long, confusing trek to our room. They’ve sacrificed comfort for style with only one trash can, no microwave, crummy coffee maker, no electrical outlets beside the bed, dirty area rugs, no bath mat, ugly wallpaper. Worst of all the shower curtain, w/o a liner, clings to your whole body when you shower!! Miserable!!

My favorite hotel in downtown Wilmington by far. Roof top bar is good and lobby bar is great. Rooftop would be great if some of the wait staff had better attitudes!

It was a wonderful stay. The room was huge they gave us an accessible room so the bathroom shower got water everywhere I do wish they could figure out a way to make that not happen in accessible rooms. Other than that it was beautiful we could see the river and boats from our room. Would totally stay again.
