Loved the hotel - very clean, easy to find and I appreciated the coffee bar as it was chilly when we got there. We ate at the Brandywine Diner and the food was very good, great service from Dominique!

Clean room and housekeeping daily. Friendly staff, good service and quick response. Would be good to include a microwave on property in the rooms. Also the rooms didn’t have an exhaust vent system for the bathrooms. These are expected given the pricey rates of the stay. Otherwise it was good overall. Would recommend this place and would like to be back for my stay next time.

The staff were very kind. Enough space for parking but at night there were half naked women in front of the hotel smoking marijuana. The rooms were very old and insanitary. The carpet was unbearably old and dirty. They used duck tapes to hold the rips on the carpet.

The parking was safe and convenient. All the guests have to queue to use one microwave oven to warm our food. The hotel had only one functioning elevator for both guests and staff. I was on the 5th floor! The hotel needs urgent renovation.

I have stayed at the Doubletree on 202 many times, as it is near family. Therefore, it is convenient. It's about 20 minutes to downtown Wilmington with free parking. The road it's on is a suburban strip of strip malls, so if you don't want to have a drink or meal at the bar/restaurant at the hotel (yes it has one) you won't have to drive far to find something else (though walking is out of the question). The staff was very nice, the room was large, there's a proper closet instead of just some cheapo hooks on the wall, and the bed was comfortable. I recommend staying here.

The property was clean and nice. When we got to our room the bathroom door would not close all the way. When we opened the tv it did not work. Went to call the front desk but the phone was broken. Walkd down to front desk and someone came and fixed the TV right away. Door and phone remained broken. Other than this stay was nice.

We got in very late around 8pm. The tv was not working and i called downstairs tonhave sone one come upntonf9x the tv connection. No one came up. The was a wedding at the site, and the party and thenpeople were incredibly loud till late.
