The apartment includes a full kitchen with bar seating to enjoy meals and an updated bathroom with a clothes washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The location is ideal for walking to downtown Wilmington destinations including the riverwalk, restaurants, bars, shopping and wedding venues. We've also included a record machine with some of our favorite vinyl if you need to wind down after a long day.
